Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Rolling Buddy product must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Consumable products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for returns. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@rollingbuddy.com. Note that returns should be sent to the following address: 2007 S McClelland St. Salt Lake City, UT, 84101.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including opened or partially used consumable products. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
